About the Practice

Your well-being is my highest priority. Since 2000, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals throughout the San Francisco area with compassionate, evidence-based psychological care. Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, adapting my services to meet their unique emotional and therapeutic needs.

My theoretical orientation is best described as strength-based and collaborative—meaning we work together as partners in the healing process. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy, integrating these approaches to create personalized treatment plans that promote insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I specialize in treating adults and teens who are navigating symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and the emotional patterns that often accompany them. Whether you are seeking relief, clarity, or long-term growth, you will find a safe, supportive space where your experiences are respected and your goals are prioritized.

I invite you to explore the services I offer and reach out when you feel ready to take the next step toward healing and improved well-being.

My Services

Individual Therapy for Adults

I support adults who are managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our sessions provide a nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and skill-building, helping you create meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy for Teens (Ages 13+)

Adolescence can be overwhelming. I help teens develop healthier ways to cope with emotional intensity, academic pressures, identity shifts, and past or present trauma. My approach balances therapeutic guidance with compassion and relatability.

Treatment Focus Areas

Anxiety

Together, we work on identifying triggers, reducing worry, and developing tools to improve calm, confidence, and emotional control.

Depression

Concentrated support for defined initiatives such as fundraising prep or conference delivery.

Trauma & PTSD

Using a trauma-informed approach, we address past experiences that continue to impact your present life. You’ll learn grounding techniques, emotional regulation skills, and new ways to view your story with strength and empowerment.
